The Role

As a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in PE and classroom-based lessons
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to support engagement and behaviour
• Help deliver practical activities and support physical education sessions
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
• Promote teamwork, participation, and positive behaviour
• Act as a positive role model across the school day

You’ll play a key role in keeping students engaged, active, and motivated.
