The Role

As a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons and interventions
  • Work with students who may need additional behavioural or emotional support
  • Use coaching and mentoring skills to build positive relationships
  • Help students stay engaged, focused, and motivated in lessons
  • Support PE lessons, enrichment activities, and wider school life where required
  • Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff throughout the school day

You’ll gain valuable classroom and behaviour support experience while developing transferable skills for future careers in education.
