Primary School Teaching Assistant

We work closely with welcoming primary schools across South Bristol who are looking for confident, positive classroom support staff to help pupils stay engaged, focused and motivated throughout the school day.

Our schools need reliable educators who enjoy being part of the classroom, supporting learning across a range of subjects and helping children feel confident and capable in their work. You’ll play a key role in keeping lessons running smoothly, supporting pupils with tasks, reinforcing expectations and offering encouragement where it’s needed most.

You’ll mainly be working with Key Stage 2 pupils, with roles matched to your experience and strengths. This could include whole-class support, small group work or one-to-one help. Schools value staff who are proactive, adaptable and happy to get stuck in, and you’ll be treated as a genuine part of the team rather than a spare pair of hands.

If you enjoy variety, working with different pupils and making a real difference to children’s school experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Pay & Benefits
• Daily rates from £14.30-15.25, paid weekly via PAYE
• Flexible work to suit your availability
