Speech and Language LSA - Camden

Long term - Until the end of the academic year.

School hours - Full time

Camden - Central London

£55 - £70 per day

Do you have the skills, experience and passion to accelerate the learning of children?

Do you want to make a difference?

A children's centre based in Central London are looking to appoint a strong and experienced learning support assistant to work with a small group of children in their Nursery who have Speech and Language difficulties.

The successful candidate will have experience of special education needs and must understand and support the importance of physical and emotional wellbeing, specialist language and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a strong staff team with excellent facilities and resources to use in order to help develop the students learning.

To apply for the role, you must be qualified in at least one of the below;
·NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant;
·NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant;
·Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA);
·CACHE Level 3 in childcare & education
·BTEC National certificate in childhood studies.
We will also consider experienced learning support assistants (LSA's)
Experience with the below needs is also desirable;
·Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD);
·Dyslexia;
·Speech and language needs;
