Job description
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with a specialist skill? Do you want to work in an outstanding school? Do you want to be apart of a forward thinking School?

I have a Outstanding (Ofsted) school, well known four-form entry school in Hounslow

I am looking to appoint enthusiastic, motivated Learning Support Assistants with strong Behaviour management skills. Training/experience of working with SEN pupils is an advantage. If you have a passion to work with children and support them to reach their full potential I would love to hear from you!

Are you someone who:

Is an excellent LSA with a passion to see student progress;
Has a good knowledge of EYFS or KS1 or KS2;
Has a strong commitment to teamwork;
Has high expectations of themselves and their pupils;
Can use assessment data to develop strategic plans to positively impact upon pupil progress;
Is committed to making a difference to the current and future lives of every child;
Has the ability to work under pressure with calmness and a sense of humour;

The successful applicant must have:
- A minimum of 1 year UK classroom experience.
- Knowledge of the British National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.
- A valid DBS or willing to undertake one.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Excellent teaching references
