With excellent transport links and parking at many of its school the London borough of Hillingdon is an excellent place to work. With a varied mix across the borough of leafy suburbs to vibrant multi-cultural towns you will benefit from a large pool of schools as varied as the borough itself. Whether its a busy time of year and they are looking for Teaching Assistants who can come in and provide Targeted interventions, or to cover a long term absence schools may need cover for a variety of reasons. It can be a great way of gaining experience in different schools as well as finding the perfect role for you.

You will benefit from a friendly and supportive consultant who genuinely cares about the people I work with. Honesty and integrity is at the heart of how I work, and I expect the same from the support staff I work with.

Supply work can give you the ability to choose, and can be a fun and flexible way of working in a job you love. We can take into account your preferences to travel, key stages you feel comfortable with and the number of days you want to work. Ideally a minimum of 3 days a week is desired and the willingness to travel across the borough for work.

You will need to stand out, we are looking for Support staff who have a specialism, whether it's Maths, Behaviour Management or SEND you will need to have proven experience of making a real difference in an educational setting as many of the temporary positions we have available do lead into permant positions with the schools so it's vital that you are ready to showcase your skills!
