Job description
Protocol Education are currently seeking a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant supporting a one to one child in KS2. The ideal candidate must be Team Teach trained and have a good level of experience and understanding with SEN.
The individual must have a drive to attain the best of the pupil's abilities by implementing strategies to engage them in their work.

The person must be able to handle challenging behaviour in a calm and structured manner to enlighten the child's enjoyment in their education and progress their attainment in this vital learning period.

The school will provide support and a detailed understanding of the pupil as well as appropriate resources to implement your plans.
The role will begin as soon as possible.

You must:-
Be Hard working
Have experience of working with children with behavioural issues
Be able to inspire and motivate pupils and parents
Have high expectations for learning attitudes and behaviour
Be creative and enthusiastic.
