Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Primary School with academy status in Newham. We are looking for a special needs teaching assistant that has knowledge of the year 6 curriculum to support a child with ADHD and also help out in the classroom when called upon. The role is to start in September and the school are looking for people to trial as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience working with SEN children in a school environment
• Have excellent behaviour management skills
• Be able to write IEP's
• Be experienced working with outside agencies
• Be able to communicate with non verbal children
• Have worked with at-risk children or in PRU environments
• Be able to set boundaries and safe work spaces
