Protocol Education are looking for a SEN teaching assistant to help students with reading, writing, listening, physical and social skills. As children learn at different speeds and in different ways, we are looking for someone patient and caring that is always up for a challenge.

You will be supporting children within secondary schools in Hillingdon age between 11-16 in a mainstream environment. The students you will be working with may have various different needs including Autism, SEMH, Speech and Language difficulties and Challenging Behaviour.

If you have experience working with Autism and challenging behaviour or are willing to do sufficient amount of training to gain these skills, then this may be the ideal role for you!

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with student with SEND in a school environment
• Have a kind disposition and willing to go the extra mile to support their students and the school more generally
• Be reliable and committed to allow the students as much consistency as possible
• Live locally to Hillingdon/Uxbridge or be able to commute easily
