Job description
Protocol Education are currently seeking a SEND Science Teacher to start in September. The school is based in Leicester - they are seeking to appoint in September and the successful candidate could be subject to a permanent position in January.

While Qualified Teacher Status is desirable, the school are happy to appoint an unqualified teacher based on subject knowledge and ability.

To be successful for this role you must have:

• Extensive subject knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Fulfilling PPA requirements.

All applicants will undergo thorough background check. In applying for this position you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS certificate, Reference Checks and a Barred List clearance.

As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
