Protocol Education are looking for teaching assistants or learning support assistants from creative backgrounds who have an interest working in specialist education where they can have a positive effect on students wellbeing and academic studies. Our schools range from special needs to mainstream schools where they will have the opportunity to work on a one to one basis with students with varying needs such as autism, speech and language difficulties and severe learning disabilities. We are looking to recruit reliable, engaging and most of all passionate candidates that want to make a real difference to start immediately.

Main Duties:
  • Engaging students through creative lessons
  • Helping with sensory integration within the classroom
  • Working with the teacher to assess pupils' levels and ability
  • Ensuring the schools ethos and policies are being implemented
