Protocol Education are currently seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to take on a full time in a school that we work with around the Reigate area in Surrey. This school caters for students with a wide range of special educational needs such as Learning Difficulties, ASD and Asperger Syndrome as well as Behavioural, Social and Emotional Difficulties. The pupils are sixth form students from all over Surrey who are not yet ready to make the transition to college.
We are looking for a person that is excited to be a positive influence to those pupils, ideally with recent SEN classroom support experience. This school is a thriving and vibrant learning environment where all students are challenged to work to the very best of their ability. The staff members work as a team and know that students learn best here when they feel safe, valued and can adopt a can do' attitude.
