Special Needs Assistants Required in Merstham

Interviews available immediately

Protocol Education are recruiting for an experienced SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health) Assistant to start this month with interviews available immediately.

The school we are recruiting for is a lovely SEN Secondary School who's pupils range from 11-16 years old. All of the pupils in the school have challenging behaviour and some with traits of Autism. Therefore, a resilient, empathetic and patient individual would be perfect for the role. The role would involve a combination of 1:1 support and general classroom support.

The successful candidate will:

Be enthusiastic and flexible with a very "hands-on" approach
Be prepared to get involved with school life and make a positive contribution to the school
Possess a positive and helpful attitude
Have first class communication skills
Be passionate about making a difference
