Job description
Special Needs Assistants In Leatherhead

Start date ASAP

A leading special needs school in the Surrey area is now looking to increase its staffing capacity with multiple new LSA's (Learning Support Assistants). The children in the school have a range of special needs including Autism and have SEMH needs. The school only requires low level attainment are looking for a candidate who would posses a strong ability in behavioural management.

The ideal candidate the school are looking for

• Good sense of humour
• Ability to create and maintain relationships
• Excellent understanding of special education needs, in particular ASD (Autism) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
• Team Teach trained is desirable but not essential (CPD can be provided)
• Patience and resilience
