Job description
Protocol Education are looking to recruit several Teaching Assistants, to work within Special Educational needs & Mental Health Schools on a day to day and long term basis.

The school consists of students with emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as additional learning needs. As we work along a number of PRU's and EBD schools, we deal with all Key Stages from primary to Secondary.

This is a flexible role and you may be asked to support students on a one to one basis or with curriculum support, anger management sessions and supporting small groups with class based activities.

The successful candidates will:
-Have experience with SEMH and EBD
-Enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated to putting students first
-A team player who can use their initiative and take direction and guidance where needed
- Strong classroom management
-knowledge of working with pupils on SEND register
- Any Team-Teach training would be beneficial.

In return for your service in working with Protocol education, we are happy to support and pay for ongoing CPD training, including manual handling, Team Teach & various other courses.
