Job description
An Outstanding' Primary School in Newham are looking to employ a teacher who has solid experience supporting children with special educational needs. The role will require you to work alongside another SEN Teacher to support children of all primary ages but mainly reception. The children have a variety of needs including Autism, Down Syndrome and Social and Emotional behaviour. The school are seeking to appoint a SEN Teacher to start as soon as possible and who can hit the ground running. There are many teaching assistants working with these children and the team are very friendly with a great understanding of the needs and characteristics of the children. The school has a big family community and extremely supportive to make you feel right at home from day one.

To be considered for this role, you must -
• Be a fully qualified teacher
• Have prior experience of teaching pupils who have SEN
• Be able to assess, plan and deliver targeted interventions
• Be able to commit to a long term position
