Sociology Graduate – Behaviour & Inclusion Support

Are you a Sociology graduate interested in behaviour, social development and inclusion? We are recruiting a full-time Sociology Graduate to work in a structured SEND and SEMH environment.

This role offers direct experience supporting learners who face social and emotional barriers to education.

Responsibilities:
• Support behaviour and inclusion strategies
• Provide targeted 1:1 mentoring
• Assist with restorative approaches
• Encourage engagement and positive routines

Skills & Qualities:
• Degree in Sociology or related discipline
• Interest in youth development or social justice
• Resilient and confident communication style

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
