We are currently seeking SEND teaching assistants to work within a fantastic SEND College in the Birmingham area that works with adults that have SLD and PMDL upon re-opening in September but potentially sooner.

The students at the school are aged between 19 - 25 and have a wide range of complex needs including physical disability, autism, speech, language and communication difficulties.

It is essential the right candidate has SEND experience with SLD and PMLD and is confident in helping with personal care and manual handling. You will be assisting in small group classes and generally work 2:1. They will also ideally have some knowledge of medication.

The College has three classes, a sensory room, medical facilities and an amazing physical activity room. The staff within the College are all very friendly and happy to assist at all times.
