Job description
An Outstanding school in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team ASAP for 20 hours per week. The right candidate should have experience working in a school office environment and MUST have experience using SIMS.

The ideal candidate should have:

•Help out at the front office during the morning rush - dealing with parents' queries, receiving dinner money and other ad-hoc payments
•Answering the telephone
•Assisting with SIMS updates as required
•Letting people into the school
•Greeting visitors
•Inputting invoices as required using SIMS FMS
•Ordering items and checking receipt of goods

The school aim to create an atmosphere that is caring and welcoming to all pupils, parents and other members of the community and a sense of excitement and enjoyment in learning.

Please note the following requirements prior to applying for this position:

1. You will need to supply two years of references of which at least one must be from a school setting.
2. You must have a good level of both spoken and written English

We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
