Job description
SEN teaching assistant needed!

Protocol education is looking to appoint a SEN teaching assistant to join our successful support team. We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic TA with excellent inter-personal skills. To support children with a range of needs.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have a warm, friendly disposition with patience and skill to work in this challenging environment. Protocol Education is looking for exceptional candidates for this role and offers a great opportunity to become part of our team and our commitment and dedication to our schools.

To be considered for this position must:

• Have experience working with children who have a SEN

• Have training or qualifications based around extra care needs

• Experience in School – mainstream or Special

• Have a positive and calming nature.

• Have a real passion and can do attitude for supporting children.

• Be dedicated to your role of a Teaching Assistant or SENTA

Although not essential, it would be an advantage for applicants to have a qualification in supporting teaching and learning for specific Special needs and to have attended further training courses in SEN education or are highly experienced in previous positions.
