Job description
SEND Teaching Assistants Wanted In Central London.

Protocol Education are looking for experienced teaching assistants that are looking for flexible day to day work that are experienced working with children with special needs such as profound multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and speech and language difficulties in the Central London boroughs.

As a specialist LSA, successful candidates will need the following experience and skills:
•To have worked one to one and lead groups with children with special needs such as PMLD, ASD and speech and language difficulties.
•Experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
•Excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure.
•Be able to differentiate work to support needs of children.
•Experience in personal care such as feeding and changing.
•PECS and Makaton experience
