Job description
New opportunities for SEND Teaching Assistants with PMLD experience

Protocol Education are currently looking for enthusiastic, proactive Teaching Assistant's to work within our schools in South East London. Successful Applicants will be TEAM TEACH trained and have PMLD experience. You will be expected to work with students on a 1:1 or in small groups in a friendly, supportive environment. Working under the guidance of your teachers you will be expected to follow the lesson plans given and ensure that your students are completing the tasks that are set.

Desirable Previous Experience:
PMLD
Autsim
Challenging behaviour
Multiple Learning disabilities
Severe Learning disabilities
ADHD
EAL
Hold A First Aid Qualification

As stated previous experience within these areas would be plus, however, Teaching Assistants who lack experience but have a genuine interest in SEND are more than welcome to apply. More than anything we would like applicants who are able to demonstrate enthusiasm, dependability, confidence and the versatility to tailor their approach to each class they are helping in.
