Job description
Protocol Education are looking for experienced and passionate SEND Learning Support / TAs for schools in West London. We work with well established mainstream schools in the West London boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham/Kensington & Chelsea/Westminster/Ealing.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Taking instruction from the teacher.
• Working on a 1:1 basis with children with a wide range of SEND needs.
• Assisting with learning and social skills.
• Previous experience in personal care may also be required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience & knowledge of SEN, having worked with children with varying special needs within a school is essential.
• Experience in personal care
• Patience, empathy, resilience and confidence
• Capable of following instructions as well as the ability to use own initiative
