Job description
SEND TAs Required For Schools in Manchester.

Protocol Education is currently looking for enthusiastic, proactive SEND TAs to work within our schools in Manchester.

We work with a number of schools and as a result are actively seeking SEND TAs for daily, short term and long term roles. Successful applicants will be working with students in smaller classes in a friendly and supportive environment. Applicants will be expected to follow the lesson plans provided.


Desirable Previous Experience:

NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education (or equivalent) and working with:

Autism
Challenging behaviour
Multiple Learning disabilities
Severe Learning disabilities
PMLD

Previous experience within these areas would be a plus; however applicants who lack experience but have a genuine interest in SEND are more than welcome to apply. More than anything we would like applicants who are able to demonstrate enthusiasm, dependability, confidence and the versatility to tailor their approach to each class they assist in.
