Job description
Protocol Education are currently looking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant for a primary school who cater for the needs of pupils with SEMH, ASD, PMLD.
You will be responsible for supporting individuals on a 1 to 1 basis, small groups and working with whole class groups. You will have the ability to motivate the pupils. The ideal candidate would have experience of working either in an SEN or mainstream school, working alongside children with additional needs. Additionally, if you have experience of supporting children outside a classroom environment and believe the skills you have learnt from this are transferable then please get in touch. A background in coaching or social care is also desirable. It is important that you have positive energy, you are patient, resilient and flexible. These skills are what the school are ideally looking for in any candidates.

Full time position Mon-Fri with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff in the future,
