Job description
I am working with a school based in a leafy Durham Village who are single form entry and have a couple of mixed age classes. The school are due an OFSTED but their current grading is good. They are a school that pride themselves as being the hub of the community and have strong links with the parents and pupils alike. The role will be to work with a SEND child who has ASD within the mainstream. You will be supporting the child within the regular class as well as doing 1:1 work outside helping to raise their attainment within the core subject maths, reading and writing. The ideal candidate will have CACHE level 3 as a minimum, no previous SEND experience is required however, you must be able to supply references from within the last two years.
