SEND Teaching Assistant - Immediate Trial Hayes

We are looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Hayes supporting pupils with high and complex needs.

The Role:
This is a specialist position working within a SEND unit, supporting pupils with needs including ASD, ADHD and non-verbal communication.

You will be working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who require a high level of consistency, patience and understanding.

Who This Role Is For:
This role is best suited to someone who has:

• Experience working in a SEND school, SRP, or specialist unit
• OR personal experience supporting someone with high SEND needs
• Confidence working with non-verbal pupils and challenging behaviour
• A calm, resilient and consistent approach

❗ This is not a general TA role – experience with complex SEND is essential.

Key Details:
Start Date: Immediate (following successful trial)
Hours: 8:15am – 3:15pm
Pay: £95–£105 per day
Location: Hayes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
