Whether you already have SEND experience or are looking to begin a rewarding career in education, you'll be fully supported and valued as part of a welcoming team.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive learning experiences
• Helping children develop emotional regulation and social skills
• Adapting activities and using creative approaches to meet individual needs
• Working closely with teachers and wider school staff to support pupil progress

What we're looking for

• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
• A patient, positive, and caring nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in SEND, care, support work, or a similar setting is beneficial but not essential
