We're looking for caring, patient, and resilient SEND Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools this September. If you've spent at least 2 years working in care, additional support, or with children or adults with SEND, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs
• Working one-to-one and in small groups to help children access learning
• Building positive relationships that help pupils feel safe, supported, and confident
• Working alongside teachers and SEND professionals to create an inclusive learning environment
• Celebrating every small win, because they all matter

We're looking for someone who has

• At least 2 years' experience working in care, additional support, SEND, or a similar support role
• A calm, compassionate, and positive approach
• Great communication skills and the ability to build trust
• Resilience and confidence in supporting children with a variety of needs
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
