Protocol-education is searching for learning support assistants to fill in the various roles available we have to offer. These roles would be for an immediate start in our schools in the Richmond area.

The schools we deal with have an outstanding approach at meeting and delivering the required needs of their pupils who have special needs and severe learning difficulties such as autistic spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs. We provide support cover from early years to post 16 with learning difficulties and complex needs.

Candidates with experience dealing with pupils of these type of needs will be a bonus but it is not a requirement, however the school will still consider your application.

Successful candidate main duties will be:

•Helping pupils achieve their full potential and build their confidence
•Passionate about working in education
•Experienced or interested in working with pupils with ASD and complex needs
•Flexible and able to work in challenging scenery
•Interested in working in a different setting

Successful Candidates Must Have:

•Past relevant experience of working in a childcare/ support working setting.
•A passion for working in SEN
•The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and individually.
•A valid DBS or on the update system
