Job description
Are you an experienced SEN teacher or a newly qualified teacher looking to kick-start your teaching career?

Protocol Education are seeking SEN teachers to work with Special Schools in the area of Cambridgeshire. The demand for supply teachers is becoming greater week by week and we need you to help us supply our lovely schools. Any teachers who live in or nearby to the Suffolk/Cambridgeshire borough, WE NEED YOU. We need teachers who can bring positivity, results, an invaluable skill set and make a real impact on our school and the lives of young pupils.

Our primary schools across Cambridge, Suffolk, Norfolk and Peterborough are getting busier and busier; we offer daily supply, long term cover and also permanent positions.

We not only commit to finding you placements, we match your needs and requirements as closely as possible to ensure best performance and satisfaction with your work. This is through an attentive and constructive vetting process to which we aim to learn as much about your history and strengths as we can. We ensure you are never left out of the loop and fully briefed on the opportunities we present. Add to this, continuous professional development, teacher events, training workshops, a highly compliant registration procedure and a personal service from ourselves.

If you possess any of the following, I want to discuss further and establish how we can help you moving forward into 2017 and beyond-

- Good classroom management skills
- SEN experience
- Strong desire for self development
- A professional manner
- Strong interpersonal and organisations skills
- Raising attainment
- Record Keeping
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum
- SEND/Behavioural management

If you are seeking a new challenge, a more flexible working life or a brand new teaching environment, contact me to discuss further and arrange a face to face interview.

Henry at Protocol Education on 01223 463140 or email your CV to hscott@protocol-education.com and I will be in touch with you.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
