Job description
Are you a qualified teacher that is passionate about the learning and development of students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities?

Protocol Education are currently looking for confident and enthusiastic teachers for a range of exciting and rewarding opportunities in SEND classrooms in various London boroughs.


The ideal candidate would be:
• Confident in planning and delivering lessons to small groups across a range of curriculum subjects.
• Capable of dealing with challenging behaviour, promoting focus within a classroom environment and giving on-going support to pupils where needed.
• Able to create, implement and review individual education and behaviour plans alongside other staff, communicating regularly with all relevant parties to ensure consistency.
• Knowledgeable of safeguarding procedures to ensure the highest standard of safety and wellbeing for all pupils.
• Accredited with a nationally recognised degree and relevant qualified teaching status (QTS)
• Experienced in teaching either a Primary or Secondary capacity (KS2/KS3/KS4)
• Experienced or have an interest working within an SEN setting (ASD / SLD / MLD)
