Looking for a teaching role where you can make a real difference?
In SEND education, the biggest wins aren't always the loudest. Sometimes it's helping a pupil feel safe enough to walk into the classroom. Sometimes it's seeing a child try something they never thought they could.
Those moments matter.
We're looking for caring, adaptable SEND Teachers to work in specialist schools and alternative provisions across Bradford. You'll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them grow in confidence as well as in the classroom.
If you enjoy building strong relationships and believe every child deserves the chance to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
No two days are the same, but you can expect to:
Every child learns differently. Your job is to help them find their way.
Many teachers move into SEND because it reminds them why they became teachers in the first place.
You'll have the chance to:
✔️ Stay calm when plans need to change
✔️ Know that strong relationships are the foundation of learning
✔️ Bring patience, resilience and empathy to your classroom
✔️ Want every child to feel valued, supported and successful
Brilliant!
If not, ask us about our free Thrive training. It's a great way to build your confidence in supporting children's emotional development and makes your CV even stronger.
