Protocol Education's Secondary division are currently recruiting for a SEND Teacher in the Newham area. We are seeking to appoint an experienced SEND Teacher at one of the top schools in Newham, ideally for January 2022.

As a lead SEND teacher at one of two sites, you will have responsibility for line managing staff within the Academy's Learning Support Service as well as facilitating the provision and progress of students identified as having Special Educational Needs and Disabilities at that site. As part of this, you will also deliver Wave 2 and Wave 3 lessons.

We are looking for a strong communicator with proven strengths in engaging with, inspiring, and motivating, not just the school community, but the wider community. Ideal candidates will hold QTS, have a relevant degree, have relevant and recent experience and will also have an Enhanced DBS or be willing to do one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
