I'm looking to recruit Teaching Assistants for short and long term work placements for a large Special School in Leeds.

The school and it's various sattelite provisions support learners aged 2-19 with a wide variety of physical and emotional learning barriers.

Each day will bring a different challenge, and you'll be part of an incredibly commited and hard working team who hold the best interests of every learner to heart. The school has exciting plans and will be expanding in the next adacemic year. This presents a number of great opportunities for staff members who are looking to progress.

I am ideally looking for staff who have experience working with;

* Primary aged learners with autism and who may experience various communication barriers.
* Secondary aged children with moderate learning difficulties.
* Learners of all ages who have complex needs and may require sensory interaction and play.
* Post 16 learners with mental health/social & emotional needs.

I would also appreciate applications from recent graduates looking for a career in SEND, as well staff members in Social Care who may be looking to transfer their skills into the classroom.
