SEND TA Early Years Specialist

This Ofsted rated good' nursery is seeking a SEND TA that specializes in early years. This role is based in Newham.
They are looking for individuals who would like to further develop their current skill set and build on what they already know. The TA must have experience working 1:1 or in small groups. The ideal person will be flexible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
The successful applicant will:
•Be able to support the nursery and buy into their ethos.
•Support children with special educational needs and challenging behaviour in a calm and patient manner
•Create and follow session plans.
•Offer support to young children maintaining high standards of teaching at all times
•Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, colleagues, and external agencies
•Offer consistency and reliability
•Believe that all children deserve equal opportunities and have exceed expectations given the right support
•Proactive in finding new ways to engage with children for improve outcomes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
