SEND TA Autism Primary School
This superb school, based in Redbridge are looking to recruit a SEND TA with experience working with children with autism. They must have experience working both 1:1 and small group settings and understand the challenges children with autism face in a learning environment.
They are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic TA that can support children with Autism. The school would like someone who has had experience in a similar setting. This role would match with a candidate that is passionate about improving outcomes for children with autism.
The successful applicant will:
• Build professional relationships with children, families, colleagues, and external agencies
• Be consistent, flexible, adaptable, and reliable
• Have experience of supporting SEND children
• Be an advocate for positive outcomes for SEND children
• Be creative in finding solutions for difficulties that autistic children may find have when in class

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
