Job description
My Client, a Good Primary School in the London Borough of Bromley are looking to recruit a positive and supportive SEN support assistant to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support access to learning for an individual pupil with SEN and provide general support to class teachers in the management of pupils and the classroom.

The main responsibility of this post is to complement the professional work of teachers and other support staff by:
• supporting children to develop their behaviour, social and communication skills and learning in order to ensure their continuing educational development.

• communicating with teachers and other professionals by keeping clear records and observations of children so that pupils receive the maximum benefit from their education.

• being flexible and adaptable in using your initiative to continually ensure that the needs of the pupil are being met.

Experience of supporting children with SEN is essential.
