As a SEND Support Assistant, you will support students with a range of additional learning needs, helping them to access lessons, build confidence, and become more independent.
You will work closely with teachers, the SEND department, and pastoral staff to provide tailored support both in and out of the classroom.
Experience working with children or young people with SEND is highly desirable, whether in a school, care, youth work, or similar setting. However, we also welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
