If so, we are recruiting for an adaptable LSA to work in Schools across Croydon and Surrey.

If you have experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant and have supported children with a range of SEND's or offered general classroom support, then this would be a suitable role for you.

We also are interested in individuals from a Social Care background looking to secure experience in a SEN Schools in these areas. The most important qulaity is a passion for working with young people, if you ahver anything to show for this on your CV please apply.

The ideal candidate willl be;
- Able to work well within a team.
- Passionate and interested with working with children for SEND.
- Patient and Understanding approach
- Available to start as soon as possible.
• Experience within a UK school
• Be available up to 3 days a week.
• Have experience and understanding of ASD and social and emotional needs
• Confident with behaviour management
