Protocol Education are looking for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants with strong SENd training. These roles are to work with students who show challenging behaviours to help support them with a complete approach in dealing with those behaviours. The aim is to build encouraging relationships that lead to necessary outcomes for the children in the school.

These roles are mainly on a 1:1 basis for all key stages and across the SEND spectrum, including learners with ASD and SEMH. We hage had a number of roles arise starting immediately.

Salary for the Team Teach roles is competitive and do vary but for long term supply in a support role can depend on experience
