Job description
A dynamic primary school located in the heart of Hackney is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working learning support assistant to support students who require 1:1 support, it will be 5 days a week from January 2018, you will work alongside the class teacher and the Schools SENCO

The needs you may be supporting are;

• Autism
• Speech Language & Communication Needs
• Dyslexia and Dyspraxia)
• Emotional Behaviour Disorder
• Down Syndrome
• Profound/Multiple Learning Disorder
• Mild/Severe learning disabilities
• ADHD

You Must;
• Have experience supporting Children with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis
• Expericne with Makaton
• Experience with PECS
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
• Excellent team work and communication skills
• A high regard for inclusion and equality
• The ability to make a positive contribution to the school as a whole
