Job description
Protocol Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a small Outstanding school for 40 students based in Slough and they are currently looking for a key stage 1 teacher to work from now up until the end of the summer term and pending everything going well, to be taken back in September.

The schools is specifically designed for children with SEMH needs to help them succeed and progress as much as they in a nurturing environment.
The school class sizes are a maximum of 8 students with one teacher and 2 learning support staff. The school teaches to the mainstream national curriculum, but it would be at about half the pace that you would do in a mainstream school and they try to focus as much on the positive behaviours as much as possible and putting rewards in place for them.

Ideally they would like teachers who have a mainstream background and having experience with SEMH children would be advantageous, but not a necessity as the senior leadership team is very supportive, but you must hold QTS for this role.

If you think this role would be suitable for you, or you would like further information, then apply today and you will hear from us shortly.
