Job description
SEND teacher in the Biggin Hill area. Adaptability, passion and SEND experience are needed for the role we have available. The role will entail working alongside children who have physical disabilities and complex medical needs. but who also have challenging behaviour. More specifically, you will be helping to develop and progress children who fall on the autistic spectrum whether that be mild or more profound. A successful candidate will be responsible for developing the independence of the children. Class sizes will range from 4-6 children and you be required to occasionally work on a 1-1 basis.
The school itself has up to date facilities and state of the art equipment which helps the children with their development. The school will have access to sensory facilities such as rebound therapy trampolines and hydro-pools. The school in Biggin Hill is situated near all major transport routes making it easy to get to of a morning.
