Job description
Protocol Education is currently looking to recruit qualified Teachers of pupils Special Educational Needs. We are working with a number of schools within the Sittingbourne area. The ideal candidates will be those who offer creative, innovative teaching to deliver a range of skills to our client group. Teaching may be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

We need teachers who are passionate about making a difference and committed to our young people. Teachers should be able to diversify whilst making learning fun and exciting.
We require flexibility, good organisational skills, sense of humour and can offer the core curriculum and vocational subjects in a fun, practical way.

In order to carry out this SEN Teacher role effectively, you will have:

- QTS or an equivalent qualification
- A proven track record of teaching
- An understanding of SEN teaching methods and the capability to make a distinction across the ability and need range.
- excellent behaviour management skills
- the ability to build and manage relationships constructively with a wide range of pupils
