Job description
QUALIFIED ART TEACHERS REQUIRED

A Secondary School in Croydon, South London is seeking an experienced and hard-working SEN Teacher for a position starting from September 2016.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced SEN Teacher who is able to teach Art to EBD and ADHD pupils who vary in ability and age. You will be teaching a class of 8 pupils and will be supported by two Learning Support Assistants. Some pupils can be challenging so you will need good behaviour management skills.

This SEN school provides a safe, secure and positive environment where all pupils are respected as individuals.. The school works closely with pupils families and celebrates the diversity of all its pupils.

SEN Teacher - Croydon, South London – SEN

The pay rate for this position will be start from £120 and rise depending upon experience.

As an Art Teacher you will ideally have the following skills and qualifications:

• QTS/OTT

• Experience of teaching GCSE Art/ BTEC Art

• Experienced in teaching pupils with challenging behaviour

• Ability to manage a small team of experienced TA's
