Job description
Protocol Education specialise in recruiting quality teaching and support staff for schools across England. As the company and branches within Protocol continue to grow, an exciting opportunity for an additional SEND consultant to join the Leeds team has arisen.

The key role as a recruitment consultant within Protocol is to successful match specialist candidates to a wide range of education roles. At present there is huge growth within SEND schools & SEND staff. Ideally for this role you will have previous experience or knowledge of working within SEND education, or have a strong passion for this area. This is not essential however is desirable.

Within this role you will be required to retain the existing client base while building new relationships with local schools, along with building and growing a quality pool of candidates in your area specific to working within SEND schools and settings.

This role would be full time and on a permanent basis. Working hours are based on a two weekly rotating rota, with the hours of 7am 4.15pm & 9.15am 6.30pm (apart from a Friday when it is 5.30pm!). If this role sounds of interest to you, we would love to hear from you!
