Job description
We are working with a range of Primary schools within the local area, who have additionally resourced provisions. This means that they cater for children with a variety of SENd requirements, within hubs and outreach settings.

As a result of this, we urgently require teaching assistants, with a specialism in SENd, to support children on a whole class or 1:1 basis. The right candidate will be able to engage with vulnerable young people, have excellent behaviour management skills, and will be able to work well in a team.

Additional training such as Manual Handling and Team Teach is an advantage, but not a necessity.

The successful candidate will have CACHE level 2 or equivalent as a minimum and will have worked in either a primary school or private nursery previously, with references from within the last two years.
