Job description
Protocol Education is a specialist provider of classroom based staff to schools and academies in England. We provide our 4,000 clients with the full range of classroom based staff on both a temporary and permanent basis. Additionally, we provide teaching staff to international schools across the globe.
Each year over 11,000 teachers, teaching assistants, SEND specialists, early years, one-to-one tuition staff, and intervention specialists work through Protocol Education on either a full-time or part-time basis to help children meet their education goals. Each one is met face to face by one of our staff and checked to ensure that they meet the DfE safeguarding standards.
Our national network of nearly 50 branches gives us superb local coverage to meet the recruitment needs of schools, while our international offices located in Australia, New Zealand and Canada are able to bring some of the best teaching talent from around the world to the UK.
We provide rewarding career opportunities for our own staff within our branches and support teams and develop team members through accredited internal training. Our values underpin our actions and act as a touchstone for everyone in the business:
·Integrity and respect - we earn the trust of others every day, and we see the value in every person who comes to us seeking work,
·Commitment and resilience - we don't give up. We'll do everything we can to achieve the right results for our candidates, clients and colleagues,
·Pride and energy - we're proud of the role we play in the world of education and our positive contribution feeds our enthusiasm,
·Teamwork and fun - individuals, all pulling together to make things better. We love to help, and do it with a smile.
We are currently looking for a SEND Primary teacher to teach in Kingston with one of our most rewarding clients across all of London. The role will be to teach small groups of no more 4-6 pupils across a variety of Key stages, so flexibility is a must as is having experience of potential 121 work with challenging behaviour students within the setting. This will be ongoing from April until the end of the academic year with the right candidate being offered the opportunity to progress with the client into the new academic year. Please click apply and forward your cv through myself at Protocol Education for an initial conversation and telephone interview.
The role will give the right candidate the exposure to a variety of SEND related issues that you may not ordinarily find in the mainstream sector. This is a great chance to further develop and grow your knowledge of SEND.
We also offer free CPD courses which run all throughout the year, both at our Head Office and online. We run Team Teach courses every 8-10 weeks which is a commitment to all candidates we place into work within one of our schools.
Testimonials
The course last week was fantastic! It was really interesting to find out from different points of view and different approaches and strategies. I have to say though that the Mindfulness was amazing. From the way the workshop was delivered to the techniques used. It has made me want to explore it further, both personally and professionally.

I just wanted to thank you for a really enjoyable and thought provoking day yesterday. The speakers were excellent and I was able to take away some ideas to help me in my present class. Please extend my gratitude to the speakers who gave loads of practical tips and helpful research and background information to help get to the roots of challenging behaviour.
