Job description
Special Needs PPA Teacher

• Harrow

• To start ASAP

• Outstanding Ofsted graded school

• No planning or additional responsibility

The school is looking for a Primary/Float Teacher to work with every year group covering the PPA time for the teachers in the school.

This is an opportunity to join a fantastic special needs school and really assist and push on the progress of pupils. You will be a part of a friendly and inclusive school with high expectations for every student.

You will be responsible for teaching small classes of 8-10 children with full time support from an experienced Teaching Assistants. You will be well equipped with a well established, experienced team and an individualised curriculum ready for you to follow.

The school has a wide range of complex and profound learning difficulties including; autism, complex medical conditions, physical and mobility difficulties and severe developmental delay. Experiences in these areas are obviously preferred however the school are looking to assign a teacher comfortable covering lessons and using initiative.
